The basic services are the following ones:

1. When the client has decided to buy a house or commercial place, we prepare the contract of sale, after receiving the payment of 10 % of the price of the object.
2. We formalize all the necessary documents to present at the notary and the moment of the notaries act, the client liquidizes the rest of the price.
3. The interests of a mortgage are between 2.5 % up to 4.5%, dependent on the creditor and the amount.
(The inflation in Spain is of 2-3 % per year. The growth of the prices of the real estate in Spain is 10-20 % per year. The risks of investment are minimal.)
4. We offer the possibility of administering the properties of our clients, according to their needs.
